Directions:

From O’Hare International Airport:

• Drive north on O’Hare International Airport Road.
• Bear right on ramp to Interstate 190 East-Kennedy Expressway, and continue for 24.5 km.
• Bear right onto Exit 53, Interstate 55 North-Stevenson Expressway.
• Continue on Interstate 55 North to Exit 293D, 25th Street.
• Continue on 25th Street east, bearing left to turning lane.
• At traffic signal, turn left onto Martin Luther King Boulevard to hotel.
• Approximate driving distance: 37 km.

From Midway Airport:

• Drive north on Cicero Avenue for 3.7 km to Interstate 55 North-Stevenson Expressway North.
• Continue on Interstate 55 North for 10 km to Exit 293D, 25th Street.
• Continue on 25th Street east, bearing left to turning lane.
• At traffic signal, turn left onto Martin Luther King Boulevard to hotel.

McCormick Place Lot A:

• $23.00 up to 16 hours

Directions: Connected to the hotel via skybridge, the facility holds 2000 cars and is handicapped-accessible to the McCormick Place complex. To get to the Martin L. King lot from I-55, exit onto Martin L. King Dr., turn left and follow the parking signs. From downtown Chicago, take Michigan Ave South to 22nd/Cermak Rd. and turn left (East). Follow the parking signs to Lot A. Hotel guests can unload luggage on the front drive and check in before parking in Lot A.

McCormick Place Lot B:

• 31st Street Lot: $15.00 per day for passenger vehicles
• $35 for Bus/RV’s
• $70 for Special Event RV / Bus
• $23 for Marshalling Trucks
• Overnight parking is available for bus/RV only

Directions: Located at 31st St. near Lake Shore Drive, this open-air lot holds 2,250 cars. To get to the 31st St. lot from I-55, take southbound Lake Shore Drive and exit at 31st St. Turn right and follow the parking signs. From downtown Chicago, take Lake Shore Drive South and exit at 31st St., turn right and follow the parking signs to Lot B.

McCormick Place Lot C:

• $23.00 per day/no overnight parking

Directions: Located underground near the Lakeside Center, this underground garage covered lot holds 2,025 cars and is directly connected to Lakeside Center. From I-55, take Lake Shore Drive South, exit at 31st St., turn left and follow the parking signs. From downtown Chicago, take Lake Shore Drive South, exit at 31st St., turn left and follow the parking signs to Lot C.

The following forms of payment are accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is required to complete your registration.

Expo attire is business casual for all events, including the evening events. We do recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket with you since personal preferences vary regarding room temperature.

All attendees at the expo and networking events must be registered attendees who purchased tickets.

You may send a substitute in your place at any time. All such requests must be submitted by email to registration[at]techspo.co (replace at with @). Only requests made by the original registrant will be honored.

You may cancel your participation in TECHSPO Chicago 2023 at any time, but please be aware of the following cancellation policy listed below.

Registration cancellations received 90 days prior to the Expo incur a 25% processing/administrative fee. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after event. If you must cancel for any reason, notify our registration department by 90 days prior to the Expo. Cancellations less than 90 days prior to the Expo are non-refundable. Substitutions allowed prior to 90 days prior to the Expo with written or Faxed authorization only. No substitutions less than 90 days prior to the Expo. Cancellations less than 90 days prior to the Expo are non-refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to use TECHSPO credentials due to illness, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment and duplicate purchase. TECHSPO will not issue refunds for badges that have been revoked.

Unused registrations/applications have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future years or events. TECHSPO will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem a discount coupon during the registration process. Discounted prices are based on the date payment is received in the TECHSPO office. Reselling TECHSPO Chicago 2023 registrations is not permitted.

Attendance to TECHSPO Technology Expos is limited. International attendees are only permitted to register for All Access Passes. Visitor and Training Passes are not available for international attendees.

This is often requested for International Attendees. We can prepare a Visa invitation letter for All Access Pass holders only (not for Visitor or Training Pass Holders). After you have registered for an All Access Pass, send a letter request email to [email protected] and provide your address, company name, company title and passport information to be included in the invitation letter.

You can request a cancellation at any time. Refer to our refund policy for refund eligibility criteria.

Sessions may be audio recorded without special permission for personal use only. They cannot be placed online or transmitted to others without permission.

Sessions may be videoed only with special permission for personal use and also cannot be placed online or transmitted to others. Short audio and video clips may be used for blogging and press coverage of sessions. As a general guide, non-contiguous clips of one minute or less should be used. Contact us if you need guidance about longer clips.
